  Having worked alongside El, it was clear that she always goes the extra mile for her participants. El has an exceptional ability to empathise and advocate, enabling her to really connect with her participants and build their skills and capacity. She is also extremely professional in all aspects of her job and works tirelessly to ensure her participants needs are always met.

  It was an honour to work alongside El, her persistent dedication to client advocacy and safeguarding policies in her role as SLES Facilitator helped to create a program that holistically fosters the skills of participants, ensuring they build all the skills necessary to move forward in their lives. It’s clear that El channels years of professional and lived experience into her work, and I’m grateful for everything I learnt while working with her.
